Even if you enroll in Sovereign Account Protector, there is no guarantee that all
overdrafts will be paid. We charge a fee of $35 for each item that overdraws your
account. An additional one-time fee of $35 will be charged on the 6th consecutive
business day your account is overdrawn. This one-time charge only applies to checking
accounts; the fee for consumer savings and money market savings accounts will be $5
per day, beginning on the 6th consecutive business day the account is overdrawn. If we
do pay an overdraft on your account, the overdraft must be promptly repaid. |
