10 Benefits given to Corporate Platinum Card members are subject to each car rental company's terms and conditions, including age restrictions, and require enrollment to receive benefits. Card members must be affiliated with the Platinum Card Program codes received at the time of enrollment. Hertz #1 Club Gold(r) is a registered trademark of Hertz System, Inc. Minimum rental age is 25 (exceptions apply). For Hertz #1 Club Gold, upgrades are subject to fleet availability at time of rental. Standard rental terms and conditions apply. 11 Eligibility of International Airline Program is contingent on the purchase of a qualifying, non-restricted qualifying First- or Business-Class ticket on a member carrier originating in and returning to a designated U.S. gateway. Some International Airline Program carriers offer originating and terminating points at Canadian gateways. Puerto Rico is not a qualifying U.S. gateway. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2009. Some International Airline Program carriers offer only Business Class. Class of service is determined by each participating airline. One-way travel valid if originating in the U.S. on certain carriers. International Airline Program seat allocations and destinations may be limited on specific airlines and flights. One of the travelers must be a U.S.-issued Platinum Card or Centurion member. Tickets are non-transferable and non-endorsable and must be purchased in the United States with the American Express Card in the Platinum Card or Centurion member's name. Companion ticket must have the same itinerary with departure and return on the same flights as the paid ticket, and is subject to fuel surcharges imposed by participating carrier and all government fees, taxes, and charges. One companion ticket per Card member traveling. Most companion tickets do not accrue frequent-flyer mileage. Companion tickets are valid only with the purchase of non-restricted, qualifying ticket(s). A non-refundable $78 service fee is charged per full-fare passenger ticket for Platinum Card members. IAP tickets are subject to exchange or refund fees. Any deviations or changes in routing by personal choice of Card member after ticketing will be at Card member's expense. Non-participating carriers must be ticketed and priced separately. Refund of the full-fare passenger ticket must be accompanied by the companion ticket. The fare value of the companion tickets is non-refundable; however, a portion of the taxes and fees paid on the companion ticket may be refundable. Advance reservations must be ticketed no later than 30 days prior to departure or reservations will be canceled. Reservations made within 30 days of departure must be ticketed within 72 hours after the bookings are made or they will be canceled. Tickets can only be issued the same day as the departure date if, a) International Airline Program booking inventory is available and, b) if the applicable airline allows electronic ticketing. Otherwise, same-day booking, ticketing, and departure are not allowed. Offer not valid with any other promotion, discount, negotiated group rate, or corporate-contracted rate, and is subject to availability. Program may not be available on certain code-share flights. Airlines reserve the right to change or modify program based on an irregular flight operation. Program subject to changes or cancellations. City restrictions apply. 12 The Corporate Platinum Card® member must be traveling. Name on ticket must match name on Corporate Platinum Card. Corporate Platinum Card member must be 18 years of age for American Airlines Admirals Club® Lounges and 21 years of age to enter into all other Airport Club Lounges without a parent or guardian. Platinum Card member's spouse and children under the age of 21 or up to two companions may enter the club as complimentary guests. Code-share and affiliated lounge agreements do not apply. Special industry reduced revenue tickets are not eligible with Delta and American Airlines. The Corporate Platinum Card member must present his or her valid Card, government-issued I.D., and airline ticket to club agents. Complimentary access is specifically for the airport club that corresponds to the airline operating the flight (access pertains to the aircraft, not the flight number) except with respect to American Airlines marketed code share flights with an American Airlines flight number which are also eligible for complimentary access to the lounge. Note that amenities may vary among airport club locations. Meeting rooms may be reserved for a nominal fee. Cardmembers must adhere to all house rules of participating clubs. 13 In order to receive the Fine Hotels & Resorts program amenities and rates, call the Corporate Platinum Card Travel Desk or refer your travel professional to the Corporate Platinum Card Travel Desk. Payment must be made with an American Express Card in the Corporate Platinum Card member's name. Room upgrade at hotels and resorts at check-in is based on availability. One special program amenity per room, per stay. Card members may reserve up to two (2) additional rooms other than for his/her own use inclusive of the standard amenities and negotiated rate. The Card member must accompany the party as a guest for which Fine Hotels & Resorts program reservations are made. If the Card member cancels his/her reservation, the Fine Hotels & Resorts program rates and amenities will no longer apply to any remaining reservation(s).FH&R program participants and amenities subject to change without notice. 15 American Express® / Business ExtrAA® Corporate Card Program Rebate: Rebate is earned on base published flown airfare only (does not include taxes, discounts, surcharges and fees) and is sent quarterly to clients via electronic funds transfer or checks. Passengers must fly in order to earn rebate. To qualify, flights taken must be both marketed and operated by American Airlines, American Eagle® or AmericanConnection® carriers (other codeshare flights do not apply) and for which American Airlines appears as the merchant of record on the Cardmember billing statement. Clients are eligible to earn rebates only on the first $1,000,000 of flown revenue in a calendar year that is purchased using the Card. Rebate will be 4% if company does not have an American Airlines negotiated discount program and does not book travel using a travel agency discount program. Rebate will be 1% if company has an American Airlines negotiated discount program or books travel using a travel agency discount program. All American Express® / Business ExtrAA® Corporate Card accounts are enrolled automatically in the American Airlines Business ExtrAA® program and are subject to all of its terms and conditions, which appear at: www.businessextraa.com/content/about/ProgramTermsConditions.html.
