As a Mortgage Development Officer, you will solicit mortgage loans, interview applicants to obtain pertinent information regarding their loan needs, and initiate the lending decision process.
You will develop and cultivate self-generated referral sources, assist in coordinating marketing and training programs, prepare marketing plans, and cross sell other Bank products and services.
A successful Loan Officer will have solid knowledge of mortgage loan regulatory requirements and residential products.
