As a Call Center Representative, you will provide consistent quality customer service by telephone.
You will recommend services to accommodate customer needs, and at the same time provide solutions to customer issues. You will research any problems or concerns, and keep abreast of any changes that may occur with our products or services. You will also respond to customer inquiries regarding bank mailings on products and services including statements, mortgage notices, etc.
A successful telephone representative must have the ability to multi task in a high volume, fast paced environment.
